Welcome! d’Haz Woodworks is based in South Carolina and is a joint venture between myself, Dwight, and my wife, Dorothy. As with most endeavors, the company began with a casual hobby. I showed interest in woodworking and, after tinkering with what I already had in my garage (turned shop), a turning lathe was added. Since then, I have been learning the art of turning by making bowls, pens, candle holders, wine bottle stoppers, spinning tops, and more. Dorothy fills the critical role of admin and keeps my projects and our shows organized.
Speaking of shows, we have had the privilege of being a vendor in several local arts and crafts shows. We are hoping to continue setting up a booth at the Springs Greenway Festivals throughout the year.
